All medical pregnancy scans require a valid referral from your healthcare provider. We accept all referral letters, giving you the flexibility to choose the obstetrician, GP, or midwife who best suits your needs. If you have a referral, please submit it at least 4 days before your appointment to ensure a smooth booking process.
If you don’t have one, simply download our digital referral and have it completed by your chosen medical provider. Please ensure that all details—including the doctor’s name, provider number, your personal information, and the requested ultrasound service—are clearly legible.
Before your scan, confirm your Medicare eligibility or check your private health insurance coverage to determine if you’re entitled to a Medicare rebate or reimbursement. By ensuring your referral and insurance details are in order, you can focus on the most important aspect of your journey—your baby’s health and wellbeing.
